We interface with all parties involved in your project. This ensures that specification design requirements are adhered to, drawings are coordinated properly, product submittals are forwarded accurately and product is staged and delivered on time to maximize installation efficiency.

Jailen possesses significant knowledge and experience in project testing at both independent laboratories and in the field. This experience allows Jailen to represent you with confidence in witnessing project testing for air, water, structural, seismic, thermal and blast requirements.

Proposal Engineering & Prebid Design

Using the latest technology, Jailen collaborates with manufacturers, architects and owners on custom designs, detailing and process to create aesthetic appeal to a building; while maintaining code requirements and project costs.

Estimating Takeoffs

Our team provides product takeoffs from the architecturals of our client's scope of work to be utilized for estimating purposes.

Field Measuring

Jailen’s field measuring team will canvas your building, documenting all opening dimensions and details to ensure the systems provided will be coordinated properly. This provides for an optimally efficient installation and increased occupant comfort and satisfaction. 

We combine our extensive knowledge of window/CW/Storefront system design and drawing capabilities with the familiarity of the job site gained from field measuring your project.
